MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Principal Terms

Agreement starts when you accept terms during the sign-up process.

Legally binding upon confirmation of your membership by us.

Membership benefits align with your selected tier: Recruit, Warrior, or Elite Command.

Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2. Payment Terms
-
All fees are collected by card payment.

A joining fee may apply for administration and induction.

First payment is collected at sign-up; subsequent payments are monthly.

Failed payments may incur a £20 admin fee; repeated failures may lead to suspension or termination.
3. Freeze Policy
-
Memberships may be frozen for up to 3 months with a freeze fee.
-
Freeze requests must be submitted at least 4 working days before your next billing date.
4. Termination & Refunds
-
Monthly memberships: Cancel anytime before next billing. Access continues until end of paid term.

Fixed-term memberships: Eligible for 50% pro-rata refund of unused time. Cannot be frozen.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
-
Cancel within 14 days for a full refund.

If gym is used during this period, a partial deduction applies as per consumer regulations.
6. PIN/Access Device Policy

Each member is issued a unique access PIN or device.

Misuse (e.g., sharing, tailgating) may result in penalty fees or termination.

Lost access devices must be reported immediately.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility & Conduct

Minimum age: 16.

Under 18s are not permitted in classes or inductions.

Members must comply with in-gym Rules of Membership, which may be updated with notice.
2. Access, Closures & Limitations
-
We may close the gym or certain areas for maintenance/emergencies.
-
No refund is due for temporary closures unless extended or exceptional.
-
We are not liable for disruptions due to external events beyond our control.
3. Liability
-
We are not responsible for any payments made to independent personal trainers.

Your consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Health Declaration

You confirm that you are physically fit and safe to participate in gym activities. Notify us of any health changes.
PREMIUM CLASSES TERMS
1. Eligibility & Booking

Available to members aged 18+.

Full advance payment is required. Bookings are non-transferable.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
-
Cancel 24+ hours in advance for credit.
-
Cancel within 24 hours: no refund or credit.
-
If we cancel, you'll receive a credit or be rescheduled.
3. Attendance
-
Late arrivals may be refused entry.
-
Pre-booking is advised.
4. Validity
-
Class credits are valid for 2 months and are non-refundable if unused.
PROMOTIONS & COMPETITIONS
-
Promotions can be changed or cancelled without notice.
-
Prize winners are selected randomly and must claim within 21 days.
-
In-gym challenges must be verified by staff for eligibility.
DAY PASSES
-
Valid only on the chosen day; expire at midnight.
-
Non-refundable and non-transferable once activated.
-
Subject to fair use monitoring.
STUDENT MEMBERSHIPS
-
Available to verified students (e.g., via UNiDAYS or valid ID).
-
Fixed-term student memberships can be cancelled early for 50% pro-rata refund.
-
Cannot be combined with other offers.
